Role Candidate will be responsible for conducting complex research and analysis to support the development and improvement of our technical products, processes, and systems. Members use their expertise in various fields of science, engineering, and technology to design and execute experiments, collect, and analyze data, and provide recommendations based on their findings. Members of this team possess specialized knowledge in areas such as data analytics, artificial intelligence, software engineering, and materials science. They collaborate with other technical team members, including engineers, to develop innovative solutions that drive business growth and success. You help to create an optimal experience for company users.
Responsibilities - Plan/conduct experiments with human subjects on visual issues in display devices
- Statistical analysis of experimental results and preparation of reports and presentations
- Assist with lab management tasks
Experience - 3+ years equivalent research experience in an applicable field. We are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.
- Experience conducting subject research
- Knowledge of human vision science
- Critical thinking and analytic problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of statistics for behavioral sciences
- Knowledge of at least one of the following programming languages: MATLAB, C/C++, Python
Great to have - Experience with AR/VR is a plus
- Experience with Unity, Unreal or OpenGL is a plus
- Experience with MATLAB Psych toolbox is a plus
- The ability to summarize research findings in a meaningful way for various audiences
